Yesterday this guy was driving erratically. Super slow, then super fast. And then he passes a tractor-trailer and us in the shoulder. Going over 100 in some places, then well below the speed limit... Coming right at our exit, a state trooper was sitting under the bridge. Caught him. Here's the video, the one time we needed a cop for someone putting other people in danger, he was FINALLY there.
